Our beef is marinated for 7 days and cooked for 3 hours, served on a brioche bun with homemade burger sauce, fresh salad, tomato, arugula, cheddar cheese, onion, and pickles.

For years, I traveled around with my burger truck, but after the birth of my son Dani, my wife and I decided to settle down. We both believe that Dresden is the most beautiful city in Germany, so the decision was an easy one. When we opened our restaurant, we decided to name it after our son, Dani.

Who am I?

Hello,
my name is Sergiu, and I'm glad you found me.
In recent years, I traveled throughout Europe with my burger truck, but after the birth of my son, we wanted to settle down. My wife and I have always been fans of Dresden, so the decision was easy. We got in the car and headed to Dresden. However, I didn't want to give up on my burger dream, so I immediately started looking for ways to make it happen. With a bit of luck, we finally found this beautiful burger restaurant located right at the entrance to the Neustadt, our favorite neighborhood!
We've met so many great people here already, and we hope to welcome you soon in our restaurant!

Why Burger?

Ever since I was a little boy, I've loved burgers and always tried to create the best burger ever. I'm not exactly sure why, maybe because my dad was also a huge burger fan and I wanted to impress him with my art, but who knows?

Out of all the burgers, the Salt Beef Burger has stolen my heart! Salt beef, also known as corned beef, is marinated for 7 to 10 days in a variety of carefully selected spices and then simmered with fresh vegetables for about 3 hours.

This is how salt beef gets its unique and fantastic taste! Just come and try it for yourself!

Warum Burger?

Schon als kleiner Junge habe ich Burger geliebt und immer versucht den besten Burger aller Zeiten zu kreieren. Warum genau, dass weiss ich nicht. Vielleicht weil mein Papa auch schon immer ein riesiger Burgerfan war und ich ihn mit meiner Kunst beeindrucken wollte, aber wer weiss das schon?

Der Salt Beef Burger hat es mir am meisten angetan!
Salt Beef auch als Corned Beef bekannt wird 7 bis 10 Tage in verschiedensten ausgewählten Gewürzen eingelegt und dann zusammen mit frischen Gemüsen für ca. 3 Stunden geköchelt.
So bekommt das Salt Beef seinen einzigartigen, fantastischen Geschmack!

How do we got our name?

So why "Dani's Salt Beef"?

I always love answering this question and I am pleased to explain the reason here. It's actually quite simple, because our son, who is partly responsible for us settling in Dresden, is named "DANI"! That's why Dani is affectionately called the "BossBaby" by friends and family. I hope that one day Dani will follow in his father's footsteps and become at least as passionate about burgers as I am.
